Social Engineering

Social engineering involves using social skills and personal interaction to get someone to reveal security-relevant information and perhaps even to do something that permits an attack. The point of social engineering is to persuade the victim to be helpful.
One part of any system is the human operator. Exploiting that is what it's all about. :)
